Attorney Profile

Daniel is an associate who works primarily in the firm’s IP litigation practice. He joins the firm after serving most recently as a judicial law clerk to Chief Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge.

Daniel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law where he served on the Maine Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in Engineering Mechanics from Johns Hopkins University.

Following law school, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sue L. Robinson of the District of Delaware and then as a court law clerk to the District of Delaware’s Magistrate Judges and visiting judges for matters involving intellectual property. He later worked as an associate with a major national patent firm.
